Merry Go Round: Things I Noticed
I might have watched this video a few dozen times.

I might have watched this video a few dozen times. It's now in my Audio Obsession playlist. There will be visual aids in this particular entry. When I'm not talking about Stupes' firkin genius lyrics. Ohyeah. "Stupes". I've heard a couple of Reactor YouTubers refer to The Stupendium as "Stupes" for short. This is not an insult, but a faster way of saying their brand name. Don't jump on me about that. Thankyou.
For the record, I am referring to everything in the Ending B version - I just like that one.
O:11 - The Stupendium's logo [which is a stencil version of Stupes' face] is made out of Zooble parts. Everyone got this one. One point, if you're keeping score.
0:17 - Stupes' character is a bird much like their character in Pizza The Action but wearing (more or less) the same costume as the Singing Stupendium Doll in The Toybox. [I did an internet search for these pix]

0:29 - The name randomizer gives this character the name of Cosmo so I'll be using that name for them henceforth. We also see that Cosmo has a pull-string hoop like the Singing Stupendium Doll did. Both the hoop and the coat tails have the same issue Mickey Mouse's tail does - they vanish whenever it's inconvenient to animate them. I will be referring to this as the MMTT - Mickey Mouse Tail Trick.
0:47 - Special guest voice appearances by the actors behind (in order), Zooble, Jax, Ragatha, and Gangle.
0:57 - Special guest voice appearance by the actor behind Kinger.
1:03 - Jax does his usual Meta-brand fourth wall break.
1:05 - Special guest voice appearance by the actor behind Pomni.
1:16 - One of the Gloinks is an S with a moustache, another nod to part of Stupes' branding.
1:19 - The Cosmos on the neverending staircase have done the MMTT with their pull-hoops.
1:31 - Cosmo hanging from the clock hands is reminiscent of Harold Lloyd's famous clock scene.

1:52 - "You're PG-indentured!"/"I'm pleading with dentures." is just firkin lyrical brilliance. Fite me.
2:26 - Another pull-hoop MMTT.
2:36 - Coat tails MMTT - or they're just clipping through the bed surface.
2:44 - The majority of the cast sing the bridge in harmony with Stupes. More lyrical brilliance with, "Accept surrender/To this hellish render" (Chef's kiss).
3:15 - Coat tails MMTT I had to check on four times because I wasn't certain where they'd be behind Cosmo's massive hair.
3:25 - The chorus' visuals are glitching, showing how Cosmo's mental stability... isn't.
3:30 - The Cosmo fighting against their clones ascending the stairs hasn't done the MMTT with his pull-hoop.
3:43 - SYMBOLISM... Cosmo's time is running out! Not only is the hand they're hanging on to pointing straight down, it also falls off with Cosmo attached.
3:44 - The S-Gloink collision-glitches through the floor this time. Cosmo's world is falling apart, haha.
3:48 - For this chorus, the puppet/puppet-master imagery is inverted, with Cosmo-the-puppet being aware and Cosmo replacing Cane as the puppeteer... but the puppeteer is an inert dummy.
4:02 – Cosmo's holding his own head, not the Gloink. It's even more disturbing than you might believe because it's in Classic Toon Black-and-White... Before it starts dissolving.
4:13 - "Like a video arena/By Hideo Kajima" - more firkin lyrical brilliance. Same with "Jumping through hoops for a P. Teeth Barnam.
5:00 - The implied transformation through the reactions of Jax and Ragatha, with only shadows showing what they might see. Firkin brilliant.
5:05 - Abstracted Cosmo maintains more of their original shape than the usual abstractions. This is somehow more horrific. Applause to the animators.
5:31 - Cosmo's head falls and shatters. They're literally breaking up and going to pieces.
5:34 - Each of the main cast's door images replace the heads of pose dummies, looking down on Cosmo. Maybe they're asking who the real dummy is?
5:35 - CURSED IMAGERY! All the TADC characters are here, but incredibly warped and distorted as pre-abstraction Cosmo looks on in the background, their hand on the handle of the exit. It's pure nightmare fuel.
6:20 - Final guest voice appearance by the actor behind Cane.
I'm positive I missed a few things, but this is what I picked up out of it. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
